• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges and service suspension
• Refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our services for your internal business purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to pay fees when due. Upon termination:

• Your access to our services will cease
• Outstanding fees become immediately payable
• We will provide data export facilities for a reasonable period
• Confidentiality obligations continue after termination

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.

For customers in other EU member states, you may also have rights under local consumer protection laws.
